Special Weapons and Tactics vs Red Ravagers

This year’s Christmas Chaos kicked off with a qualifier round between the Special Weapons and Tactics and the Red Ravagers to decide who would advance to the quarter-finals. The two armies battled it out on December 2nd, performing almost equally throughout the event. However, SWAT had a slight advantage in size, which allowed them to cover the Ravagers and pull off cleaner forms. The battle ended with SWAT winning 2 rooms, with the remaining one being a tie.

Winner: Special Weapons And Tactics

Ice Warriors vs Silver Empire

The Ice Warriors and the Silver Empire were the first to battle on the day of the 4th. Right off the bat, it was evident that the Ice Warriors’ size advantage was difficult to match. Not to underestimate the Silver Empire, the Silvers managed to pull off clean formations and slightly cover the Warriors in the second room despite the disadvantage in numbers. Nevertheless, it was hard to overlook Ice Warriors’ massive size throughout the entire battle as well as their comeback in the third room, which ultimately granted them a 3-room win.

Templars vs People’s Imperial Confederation

Similar to the first battle, the Templars immediately held a significant advantage over the People’s Imperial Confederation in terms of size. This made it difficult for the latter army’s tactics and formations get noticed underneath Templars’ big tactics and massive scale. The Confederation put up their best fight, but all 3 rooms were won by the Templars, granting them a spot in the next round.

Rebel Penguin Federation vs Special Weapons and Tactics

The Rebel Penguin Federation and the Special Weapons and Tactics’ battle was fairly identical to the previous battles of the day, with the Rebels having the upper hand when it came to size. SWAT didn’t give up, and gave every room their all. They showed up with big tactics and moving forms, making it clear that they’re not going down without a fight. At the end of the day, the Rebel Penguin Federation swept a win for all 3 rooms, allowing them to advance to the second round.

Help Force vs Water Vikings

Closing off round one of Christmas Chaos XI was a battle between the Help Force and the Water Vikings. Both armies brought their A-games for a chance to advance to the next round, and it was most certainly a close match. Making up for the size disadvantage, the Water Vikings entered rooms as quickly as they could. They excelled in doing moving formations and covering the Force’s tactics. Unfortunately, there were too many of the Force; their size and precision were hard to overcome. Therefore, the final spot for the second round goes to the Help Force.
